Role Based Security System
Cortex offers a flexible role based security system, allowing Service Providers
to create and manage new roles. Additional menu items and web pages can be added
to Cortex using the user interface.

Cortex complements any existing OSS software by giving full control and visibility
of all provisioning processes through the standard Cortex interface.
Package Migration Wizard
Cortex allows Service Providers to reconfigure and apply new service packages to
customers in a simple and effective manner.
- Migration of Exchange 2003 customer to Exchange 2007 performed at a minimum cost
& use of resources.
- Supports bulk transfer for customer(s) and their users from one package to another.
